How online booking works
1. Create one link per format
Intro call, one-to-one session, video follow-up, group class: each link has its own duration, price, location, minimum booking notice and cancellation policy.
2. Set your availability
Your weekly hours, your days off and a buffer between sessions. Only slots that are genuinely free are offered.
3. Clients book without an account
They pick a date and a slot, enter their name, email and phone number, and immediately get an acknowledgement of their request. The email says clearly that it is a request, so nobody mistakes it for a confirmed session.
4. You accept, Grix confirms
The request shows up in your dashboard. Once accepted, the session goes into your calendar and the client gets the confirmation, then the reminder the evening before. If you do not answer, the request expires after 72 hours, or at the session start time if that comes first.

Do my clients need an account?
No. They book from your link with their name, email and phone number, with no password or app to install. A one-to-one booking arrives as a request you accept or decline; a group class is confirmed while seats remain.
Can I share the link on Instagram or WhatsApp?
Yes. The link is designed to be shared wherever clients find you: Instagram bio, WhatsApp status, website, email signature.
Do my clients get reminders?
Yes, by email, automatically: the evening before at around 8 pm (the coach's time zone) on every plan, plus about 1 hour before on Plus and Pro. Each reminder gives the time and place, with Google Maps, Waze and Apple Maps links, or the video link. No automated texts.
Do I have to approve every booking?
For one-to-one sessions, yes: you accept or decline the request from your dashboard; without an answer, it expires after 72 hours, or at the session start time if that comes first. Group class bookings are confirmed instantly, up to the number of spots.
What happens if two clients want the same slot?
The first one to book holds the slot, even while you have not answered the request yet. The second no longer sees it and picks another time.
Can I offer several types of sessions?
Yes. Create one link per format, with its own duration, price and location: 2 links on Free, 10 on Plus, unlimited on Pro.
Is Grix free?
Yes, with the Free plan: no time limit, no credit card, up to 10 active clients and 2 booking links. Plus costs €7.99/month and Pro €19.99/month (20% less billed yearly), tax included, no commitment. Grix takes no commission on your payments.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Plus and Pro come with a 21-day free trial, once per account: at sign-up from the Pricing page, or later from Settings → Billing. A card is required, nothing is charged during the trial. After a first trial or subscription, an upgrade is charged right away.
