Tennis coach software: lessons booked online, payments tracked

Setting up a tennis lesson often takes more messages than minutes: suggesting times, waiting for an answer, confirming the court. With Grix, you share a link and your students pick a slot themselves from your real availability, straight from your coaching calendar.

The student enters their name, email and phone number, with no account to create. A private lesson arrives as a request you accept or decline in one click; if you do not respond within 72 hours, or by the lesson start time at the latest, it expires and the slot is released.

Create one link per format: one-hour private lesson, trial lesson, group lesson. For each link, you set the duration, price, place, minimum notice and how far ahead students can book.

Group lessons are available on Plus (up to 10 students) and Pro (up to 50): the spot is confirmed instantly and a waitlist fills up once the lesson is full. For a weekly lesson program, a series creates every session at once; on Pro, students can book a whole series online.

Enter the club or court as the session place: it appears in the confirmation and in the reminder sent the evening before, with Google Maps, Waze and Apple Maps links. On Plus and Pro, a second reminder goes out one hour before the lesson.

When rain or something unexpected means moving a lesson, you drag it in the calendar or cancel it, and the slot becomes bookable again. On Plus and Pro, the student gets a reschedule or cancellation email. For a late cancellation, you choose whether to charge for the session or waive it.

Every lesson has a payment status: unpaid, paid, refunded, waived or free. You collect payment as you do today, in cash or by bank transfer, and mark the lesson as paid. The dashboard shows what has been collected and what is still due.

On Plus and Pro, you chase an unpaid lesson in one click, by email or with a pre-filled text or WhatsApp message. Grix takes no commission. Online payments through your own Stripe account are not open yet: students do not pay when they book.

Grix runs in your phone's browser and can be added to your home screen like an app. Between lessons, the dashboard shows today's schedule, and you mark all of today's sessions as completed in one click. Each student has a record, which makes client management easier from one season to the next.

Grix does not manage a club's court occupancy or a calendar shared between several instructors: each coach has their own account, students and schedule. If you teach at several clubs, simply set the place on each booking link.

The Free plan costs nothing, with no time limit and no credit card: 10 active students and 2 booking links, enough to start with your first students. Plus costs €7.99 a month and Pro €19.99 a month, with 20% off when you pay yearly.
