1. The booking
Clients book through your public link without creating an account. Each request lands in your dashboard, and the client is added to your client list.
2. The session
Once accepted, the session goes into your calendar with its location or video link. Series schedule a multi-session program in one go.
3. The reminder
The client gets an email the evening before the session, plus a second one an hour before on Plus and Pro. You get a summary of the next day’s sessions.
4. The payment

Who is this coaching software for?

Is Grix built for independent coaches?

Yes. Grix is designed for solo coaches and small teams who manage their own clients, sessions, bookings and payments.

Is Grix free?

Yes, with the Free plan: no time limit, no credit card, up to 10 active clients and 2 booking links. Plus costs €7.99/month and Pro €19.99/month (20% less billed yearly), tax included, no commitment. Grix takes no commission on your payments.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Plus and Pro come with a 21-day free trial, once per account: at sign-up from the Pricing page, or later from Settings → Billing. A card is required, nothing is charged during the trial. After a first trial or subscription, an upgrade is charged right away.

Does Grix take a commission on my payments?

No, never. Today you collect payment however you like (cash, bank transfer…) and mark the session as paid. Online payments through your own Stripe account are not open yet; once they are, the money goes straight to your account with no Grix commission, only Stripe's fees.

Do my clients need an account?

No. They book from your link with their name, email and phone number, with no password or app to install. A one-to-one booking arrives as a request you accept or decline; a group class is confirmed while seats remain.

Can I use Grix on my phone?

Yes. Grix runs in your phone’s browser and can be added to your home screen like an app, without going through an app store. An internet connection is required.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. From the settings you can export your clients, sessions and bookings at any time as JSON, CSV or Excel.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes, from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period: you keep your features until then.
