Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Personal data & privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, including the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) where applicable.

You may exercise your privacy rights — including access, correction, deletion, and data portability — directly through CoachFlow's Settings page, or by contacting contact@web2fly.com.

Account deletion

You may permanently delete your CoachFlow account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible — all personal data, client records, sessions, booking links, and uploaded files are permanently erased. We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account.

Coach responsibilities

Coaches using CoachFlow act as independent data controllers for the client information they enter. Each coach is responsible for:

Having a valid legal basis to collect and store their clients' personal data.
Responding to their clients' data access, correction, or deletion requests.
Ensuring the accuracy and lawfulness of the data they enter.

CoachFlow provides built-in tools (edit, delete, export) to help coaches meet these obligations.

Applicable law
